Horizon Health Network is offering exciting summer opportunities for nursing students looking to gain meaningful clinical experience and make a real impact in New Brunswick communities.

Each year, Horizon welcomes over 300 new graduates and student employees into our team of more than 5,500 nurses and 13,000 staff. As part of Atlantic Canada's second?largest health authority, you will contribute to exceptional patient care across our 12 hospitals and 100+ health facilities.

Who we are

Who you are

You have successfully completed at least one year of an accredited Practical Nursing or Bachelor of Nursing program. This competition is intended for 1st? and 2nd?year nursing students. Students who will have completed 3rd year by summer 2026 should apply to the UNE3 competition.

• A nursing student or graduate seeking hands-on experience
• Compassionate, patient-focused, and a strong communicator
• Trained in patient care (acute experience an asset)
• Competent in written and spoken English
