Job Title: DZ Class Delivery Driver

Hours: Monday - Friday, 5:00am start time (10-12-hour shifts), overtime as needed

Rate of Pay: $26.00 / hour

Location: Niagara Falls, ON

Assignment Duration: 3-4 weeks

Start Date: ASAP

We are hiring a DZ Class - Delivery Driver for our client in Niagara Falls. This company distributes cleaning products to schools across the GTA. Qualified candidates will have a valid DZ Class Driver's License with a clean driver's abstract and have 3+ years of verifiable DZ experience. This position is a temporary assignment with a reputable company.

Responsibilities include:

• Deliver road salt (on pallets) to customer locations (mainly schools)
• Hand load and unload crates from transport vehicles
• Lift/push/pull products up to 50lbs
• Complete and provide all required paperwork and driver logs throughout deliveries
• Report any problems and customer concerns with supervisors
• Provide exceptional customer service when delivering products
• Safely drive company truck and keep truck clean
• Other general duties as assigned

Candidate Qualifications:

• 3+ years previous experience working in a DZ role REQUIRED
• Willing to provide driver's abstract dated within 30 days
• Willing to provide driver's CVOR dated within 30 days
• Willing to provide a criminal background check
• Candidates must be 25+ years of age
• Comfortable lifting up to 50lbs as needed
• Strong attention to detail; punctual and reliable
• Excellent customer service skills
• CSA certified safety shoes
