Admin Coordinator
Location: Hybrid (Moncton, NB - Mainly from the office + Potential occasional remote work)
Position Type: 10-week contract, Part-time or Full-time (20-35 hours/week)
Compensation: $18/hr to $25/hr, based on experience and capacity

About the Role
Saveur NB is seeking an Admin Coordinator for a 10-week contract to provide hands-on support across administration, bookkeeping, reporting, and compliance.
This role is well suited to someone who enjoys working with both numbers and words - someone who is comfortable working in QuickBooks, spreadsheets, and online systems, and who can also help prepare clear, well-organized reports and documentation. The focus of this contract is on solid execution, accuracy, and reliability. While there may be opportunities to support additional areas (such as operations or communications) depending on capacity and interest, the core mandate of this role is administrative and financial support.
Key Responsibilities
- Bookkeeping & Financial Administration
* Work directly in QuickBooks Online, including entering and reconciling transactions, managing invoices, expenses, and receipts
* Maintain accurate, organized financial records aligned with funder and governance requirements
- Reporting & Compliance Support
* Assist with preparation of financial and narrative reports
* Support government filings, claims, and regulatory forms, including online submission portals
* Pull relevant data, summarize information, and present it clearly in tables or short written explanations
- Administrative & Records Management
* Prepare, format, and organize documents using Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive)
* Maintain digital and physical filing systems, including printing, scanning, and filing documents and receipts
* Support internal coordination by keeping information accurate, accessible, and up to date
- Systems & Tools
* Spreadsheets and data tracking tools
* CRM/member management systems
* Cloud-based tools and shared drives
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in administration and bookkeeping
- Working knowledge of QuickBooks Online
- Comfortable working with numbers, financial data, spreadsheets, written documents, reports, and forms
- Experience in a not-for-profit, government-funded, or regulated environment is a strong asset
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Professional proficiency in English is required
- French is an asset and would be welcomed
