Job Title: Lawn Maintenance Technician

Location: Grand-Barachois, NB

Employment Type: Full-Time / Part-Time (Seasonal: April - October)

Shift: Monday to Friday, 7am-5pm

Wage: $25.00 per hour (or higher, depending on experience

Position Overview:
We are seeking experienced and reliable Lawn Maintenance Technicians to join our client's team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years' hands-on experience in lawn care and maintenance and the ability to perform a variety of outdoor tasks with a strong attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

• Mow and trim lawns to maintain neat and professional turf appearance
• Fertilize lawns according to schedule and best practices
• Prune trees, shrubs, and other plantings for health and aesthetics
• Apply lawn sprays safely and effectively for weed and insect control
• Maintain equipment in good working condition
• Communicate professionally with clients and team members
• Follow all safety guidelines and procedures

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in lawn maintenance
• Strong knowledge of mowing, trimming, fertilizing, and pruning techniques
• Class D1 license required for lawn spraying, weed control, and insect control
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Must have their own vehicle to commute and a strong work ethic
• Excellent customer service skills

Schedule & Compensation:

• Full-time and part-time positions available
• Competitive starting wage of $25.00 per hour or higher, based on experience
