The Sisters of Charity, I.C. are seeking personal care workers to support the residents of Ruth Ross Residence, Saint John, NB. Ruth Ross Residence provides care to the Sisters of Charity of the Immaculate Conception.

Your Role

As a Personal Care Worker, you will be responsible for delivering personalized assistance to residents, ensuring their comfort and well-being. This position is a 7.5 hour work shift (day, evening & night).

Key responsibilities will include:

• Assisting residents with daily living activities, including personal hygiene and mobility.
• Providing emotional support and companionship to enhance residents' quality of life.
• Maintaining a safe and clean environment in accordance with health standards.
• Collaborating with healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans
