About Kaleidoscope Social Impact

About Kaleidoscope Social Impact

At Kaleidoscope Social Impact, we don’t just talk about empowerment—we live it. Born from a bold vision in 1999 as the Saint John Community Loan Fund, we’ve grown from shared office space above the City Market to owning and revitalizing a building in one of Saint John’s Priority Neighborhoods. Our journey reflects our core belief: create income, build assets, and foster self-reliance.

Our team transforms lives through social purpose real estate, social finance, financial literacy, and social enterprise training. We walk the talk, thanks to visionary leadership, community partnerships, and the kind of grit that turns abandoned apartments into vibrant hubs of opportunity.

Join us if you want your work to matter. At Kaleidoscope, you’ll be part of a team that’s rewriting the story of economic inclusion—one person, one project, one neighborhood at a time.
