Job Title: HVAC Technician

Location: Moncton, NB

Wage: $25.00-$30.00/hour

Shift: Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm

Position Summary
We're seeking a qualified professional to handle installation, upkeep, and repairs for heating, ventilation, air-conditioning and refrigeration systems. The role involves diagnosing and resolving system malfunctions, performing scheduled inspections and routine upkeep, and ensuring all tasks are completed safely and in line with company procedures. You'll also serve as the main point of contact for clients, delivering high-quality service while keeping detailed records of work done and materials used.

What You'll Do

• Install, service, and repair HVAC and refrigeration units.
• Identify and fix problems with HVAC or refrigeration systems.
• Conduct regular maintenance checks and system inspections.
• Work in compliance with company protocols and safety standards.
• Provide outstanding customer care and maintain strong client relationships.
• Document all work performed and track parts and materials usage.

What You Bring to the Role

• Red Seal certification in HVAC/Refrigeration.
• Preference for - but not required - experience with gas, oil, or burner systems.
• At least five years of hands-on HVAC and refrigeration experience.
• A valid driver's license and clean driving history.
• Excellent analytical and diagnostic capabilities, with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to operate independently or within a team environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, and good interpersonal rapport.
• Dedication to safety - always following internal and client-site health & safety guidelines.
