SCHEDULE: Day, 8 and 12-hour shifts. Work schedule may be changed to meet operational needs.

LANGUAGE REQUIREMENTS: Bilingual essential

JOB SUMMARY:

The incumbent will conduct research, data collection, and perform psychometric assessments under the supervision of a licensed psychologist, working with both adult and youth populations. Related duties may be assigned as needed.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Graduation from a recognized university with a major course work in psychology;
  • Experience in the use of psychological tests in an asset;
  • Knowledge of software currently used within the Network;
  • Good organizational skills and ability to prioritize;
  • Skills in communication and interpersonal relations;
  • Leadership and good decision-making skills;
  • Adaptability and flexibility;
  • Ability to work independently and as a team member;
  • Physical ability to perform assigned duties;
  • Good previous work history (performance and attendance);
  • Adherence to professional ethics principles, to the Network management philosophy and organizational values.
