Night Shift Cleaner

The Role

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Night Shift Cleaner. This role is critical to ensuring our facility meets rigorous hygiene and safety standards, supporting the overall success of our operations. In this role, you will work a Monday to Friday schedule from 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM and report directly to the night shift supervisor.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning and sanitation of designated areas within the facility.
• Operate cleaning equipment safely and efficiently.
• Adhere to all Quality Assurance (QA) and Health & Safety regulations.
• Complete assigned tasks within the scheduled shift and maintain accurate reporting.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Previous experience in commercial cleaning, janitorial services, or housekeeping (preferred).
• Ability to perform physical tasks, including standing for extended periods, bending, lifting up to 25 lbs unassisted, and operating cleaning equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
• Reliable and punctual, with a proven record of exceptional attendance.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Basic communication skills for understanding instructions and reporting issues.
• Respectful and professional demeanor toward colleagues and company values.
