The Role:
We are seeking a Senior Analyst - Global Treasury to lead the global Cash Flow Forecast (CFF) process-including initiation, consolidation, analysis, and reporting-and to support global cash and liquidity management. Reporting to the Senior Manager - Global Treasury, this role is critical in ensuring accurate forecasting, efficient liquidity deployment, and strong treasury operations across all regions.
Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to):
- Cash Flow Forecasting & Analysis:
- Lead the global cash flow forecasting cycle from initiation through consolidation, analysis, and reporting.
- Partner with regional finance teams to ensure timely and accurate submissions.
- Analyze trends, variances, cash risks, and opportunities; propose actionable recommendations.
- Maintain and enhance the forecasting models, reporting cadence, and related processes.
- Global Cash & Liquidity Management:
- Monitor daily global cash positions and ensure optimal liquidity allocation across regions.
- Support short-term liquidity planning, cash pooling structures, and internal funding mechanisms.
- Contribute to working capital optimization initiatives, including AR, AP, and inventory-related cash improvements.
- Treasury Operations: Reporting & Compliance:
- Prepare and deliver treasury, liquidity, and variance reports for senior management.
- Support compliance with internal treasury policies and external banking requirements.
- Assist with bank account administration, payment operations, and internal controls.
- Support internal and external audits related to treasury.
- Banking & Systems:
- Assist in managing global banking relationships and account structures.
- Support enhancements to Treasury Management Systems (TMS), ERP integrations, and automation workflows.
- Identify and implement opportunities to streamline treasury processes.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with Finance, Accounting, Operations, and IT to maintain data accuracy and enhance global cash visibility.
- Support global initiatives focused on treasury centralization and best-practice standardization.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in treasury, cash management, FP&A, or corporate finance.
- Strong analytical and financial modeling skills; advanced Excel required.
- Experience with cash flow forecasting and liquidity management.
- Familiarity with TMS, ERP systems, and banking platforms is an asset.
- High attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across global time zones.
