Position: Summer Student - Customer Care
Location: Moncton, NB in office
Work Term: Typically 16 weeks, starting in May 2026

What You'll Do:
- Assist with creating and updating agent schedules under guidance.
- Help monitor attendance and schedule adherence.
- Collect and organize data for workforce and performance reports.
- Perform basic reporting and assist in identifying trends and patterns in contact center data.
- Support analytics initiatives by preparing summaries and insights to help optimize service levels.
- Support the preparation of basic KPI dashboards and summaries.
- Participate in real-time monitoring by flagging service level issues to the team.
- Contribute to ad-hoc projects related to workforce optimization and reporting.
- Assist with emails as needed.
- Strong interest in workforce planning, data analysis, or customer service operations.
- Comfortable working with spreadsheets and basic reporting tools.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills for working in a team environment.
- Familiarity with Excel or similar tools.
Education and Requirements:
- Currently studying post-secondary education in IT, Business, BI Reporting, Sales, QA Testing, or another related field.
- Must be 19 years of age or older by start date.
- Must reside in Atlantic Canada.
