The opportunity
The Assistant Director plays a pivotal role in driving account-centric growth and providing strategic support for key pursuits, while also shaping marketing strategies at the account level. This individual is responsible for delivering customized and strategic support to priority accounts, working in close collaboration with the business development and pursuit teams. This role is essential for targeting and winning high-potential accounts, ensuring the success of the firm's marketing initiatives.
Your key responsibilities
- Oversee the account-based marketing initiatives, ensuring strategic account activation across key priority accounts.
- Develop and tailor marketing activities to meet the specific needs of individual accounts, fostering strong and enduring connections.
- Establish and implement new standards for account-based marketing activities across the entire firm.
- Contribute to the formulation and implementation of early-stage growth strategies.
- Collaborate closely with the business development and pursuits teams to support their marketing campaigns effectively.
- Partner with business units to identify and bridge gaps between the firm's business development activities and the target market, designing comprehensive marketing solutions.
- Participate in the implementation of the AI transformation project across the firm, liaising with global counterparts to ensure cohesive execution.
- Train, mentor, and provide oversight to junior team members, fostering professional growth and development.
- Engage in and contribute to any ad-hoc strategic marketing projects as required.
What we look for
- Demonstrated experience in managing large-scale projects efficiently.
- Proven ability to contribute to strategic initiatives and thought leadership within the organization.
- Adept at identifying organizational gaps and developing successful marketing and account activation strategies.
- Hands-on experience with implementing change management processes.
- Minimum of 7 years of professional in extensive Marketing and Account Activation
- Proven track record in building and executing procedures and solutions.
- Experience working in dynamic and innovative settings, adapting to evolving business needs.
- This role involves interaction with internal and external clients and professionals nationally and globally. Professional competency in the English language is therefore a requirement of this role.
- Bilingualism in both French and English is considered an asset.

The salary range for this job in British Columbia is $92,300 to $153,800. Individual salaries within this range are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and work location city.
