Manager, Data Service Delivery Pricing

What is the opportunity?

In this role within Shared Services - Data Service Delivery, we provide security Masterfile's as well as pricing data to RBC I&TS core business systems globally. The activity is covered on a 24/5 basis through a Follow The Sun model with a presence in Asia, Europe and North America.

What will you do?

• Responsible for global price delivery for North America, Continental European and Asian clients (Global pricing model)

• Responsible to develop and create the center of excellence, EDM in Canada.

• Support America's offshore model through EDM

• Take on critical role in assisting and facilitation of the TOM for DSD Canada

• Accountable for the quality of the services delivered & for the management of a team or an activity - First level of escalation

• Accountable for procedures' validation and implementation and setting clear business objectives for all reports appraisals

• Promote quality client service by motivating, coaching and developing team members

• Identify and share development and training needs, design training plan for the year

What do you need to succeed?

Must-have

• University degree, plus 3+ years of work experience in a relevant field

• Capacity to juggle between priorities and manage pressure with efficient time keeping

• Business and Financial Services Acumen, Strong knowledge of markets and securities

• Knowledge of compliance and industry requirements and understanding of domestic and global investment markets

• Good operational skills and excellent organizational skills

• Client focused with strong written and verbal communication skills
