You will consolidate and analyze data, elicit and document business requirements, and collaborate with stakeholders to develop high quality innovative solutions that address complex business challenges. By leveraging industry best practices and RBC's frameworks, you will ensure alignment with business objectives while championing continuous improvement and stakeholder engagement.

What will you do?

  • Quality Assurance: Lead the creation of collaboratively built robust test plans and artifacts for User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Post Implementation Verification (PIV).

  • Process Improvement & Innovation: Identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and gaps in business processes, leveraging methodologies like Lean, Six Sigma, and Design Thinking to drive improvements.

  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Conduct data mining and analysis to generate insights supporting regulatory initiatives. Propose analytical measurement methodologies, including Key Performance and Key Risk Indicators, and deliver scheduled and ad-hoc reporting.

What do you need to succeed?

Must have:

  • Highly skilled in business process modeling, requirements documentation, and user story mapping.

  • Advanced communication and facilitation skills to lead requirements gathering and deliver complex information to diverse audiences, including senior-level stakeholders.

  • High proficiency in stakeholder and relationship management to build strong partnerships and influence outcomes with senior leaders.
