The Opportunity We are currently seeking a Co-Op Student to join our Talent Management team in Toronto. This is an 8-12 month-fixed term co-op position starting in May 2026. This posting is for an existing position vacancy. As a Co-Op Student in the Talent Management team, you will have the opportunity to further your development by providing day-to-day support for various projects and initiatives. You will have a holistic and enriching experience like no other, with opportunities to learn and participate in talent acquisition, diversity and inclusion, organizational culture, employee engagement, and more! Additionally, in this position you will:
  • Manage assigned recruitment files as required, including but not limited to preparing job postings, screening candidates, pre-screen interviews, amongst other tasks.
  • Assist recruitment team in determining sourcing and recruitment strategies.
  • Support recruitment team in planning recruitment initiatives and events.
  • Manage assigned projects in a manner that meets quality, time, and resource requirements.
  • Exercise good judgment and maintain confidentiality in handling critical and sensitive information, records, and reports.
  • Support the implementation and ongoing execution of diversity and inclusion, culture and engagement initiatives across the organization.

About You Education:
  • Currently enrolled as a student in a Bachelor of Commerce (Co-Op) Program. Concentration in Human Resources is preferred.
Skills:
  • Solid verbal, written and analytical communication skills.
  • Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite – particularly Excel.
  • Proven time management and organization skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Demonstrated interpersonal and facilitation skills.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.
