Job Title : Shipping & Receiving Dispatcher

Location: Dartmouth, NS
Shift: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Pay Rate: $18 per hour

Job Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and organized Shipping & Receiving Dispatcher for a busy operation in Dartmouth, NS. The ideal candidate has dispatch experience in construction, logistics, or a similar environment and thrives in a fast-paced setting.

Key Responsibilities :

• Schedule and dispatch customer orders
• Coordinate all shipping and receiving activities
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with policies and safety procedures
• Communicate effectively with customers, drivers, and internal teams

Requirements / Qualifications :

• Experience in dispatch or a warehouse/logistics environment is an asset
• Strong decision-making, organizational, and communication skills
• Excellent customer service and phone etiquette
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
• Positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills
