Job Type: Temporary to Permanent

Location: Dartmouth, NS
Shift: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Pay Rate: $18 per hour

We are looking for a reliable and organized Shipping & Receiving Dispatcher to join a busy operation in Dartmouth, NS. The ideal candidate has experience in dispatch, construction, logistics, or a similar environment, and thrives in a fast-paced setting where accuracy and communication are key.

Key Responsibilities:

• Schedule and dispatch customer orders efficiently
• Coordinate all shipping and receiving activities
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with company policies and safety procedures
• Communicate effectively with customers, drivers, and internal teams
• Assist with problem-solving and logistics challenges as they arise

Requirements / Qualifications:

• Experience in dispatch, warehouse, or logistics environments is an asset
• Strong decision-making, organizational, and communication skills
• Excellent customer service and phone etiquette
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
• Positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills
