Job Title: Warehouse Associate Forklift Certification

Location: Dartmouth, NS

Shift: Monday to Friday - 8:00AM to 4:30PM

Pay Rate: $20 per hour

Job Overview:

Advantage Personnel is seeking a dependable Warehouse Associate with Forklift Certification to join our client's team in Dartmouth. This hands-on role includes order picking, packing, equipment assembly, and general warehouse duties. The ideal candidate has warehouse experience, strong communication skills, and a positive, team-oriented attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
• Safely operate a forklift and other warehouse equipment to load and unload materials.
• Assemble and prepare new company equipment as needed.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and update internal databases.
• Assist with general warehouse organization, cleanliness, and safety.

Requirements / Qualifications:

• Valid Forklift Certification.
• 1-2 years of warehouse experience.
• Physically capable of lifting 50+ lbs and performing active warehouse tasks.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately.
