Hours: 12-hour Continental Rotating Schedule
Week 1 (Days 7am-7pm): Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday
Week 2 (Days 7am-7pm): Sunday, Wednesday, Thursday
Week 3 (Nights 7pm-7am): Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday
Week 4 (Nights 7pm-7am): Sunday, Wednesday, Thursday
Pay Rate: $22.07/hr
Overtime Method: Averaging Agreement - overtime calculated after 88 hours bi-weekly

Job Responsibilities
- Conduct both proactive and reactive patrols of the facility throughout the shift to ensure the safety and security of the premises.
- Provide access control for all personnel, visitors, and vehicles entering or exiting the site.
- Monitor and operate security systems, including CCTV and alarm systems, to detect and respond to potential security threats.
- Respond to alarms and emergencies, including fire and medical situations, following established procedures.
- Assist in incident investigations and maintain accurate and detailed security reports.
Requirements
- Post- Secondary Law Enforcement, Police Foundations, Public Safety and Investigations (PSI), or an equivalent education or similar type of experience including but not limited to military service.
- Must have reliable transportation (site not accessible by public transit; located outside London/St. Thomas area).
- Must have valid certifications in Management of Aggressive Behaviour (MOAB) and Use of Force (UOF).
- Must be comfortable working independently and maintaining site security while working alone.
- Must be physically capable of performing all required duties, including conducting patrols, walking up and down stairs, and responding to incidents as needed.
- Must be legally eligible to work in Canada
