What's the role all about?
As Fixed Operations Manager, you'll oversee the daily operations of our service, parts, and shop departments—ensuring smooth workflows, top-tier customer service, and a well-oiled team. You'll drive revenue growth, control expenses, and uphold safety and quality standards while collaborating with other departments to enhance our service offerings.

What You'll Be Doing:
? Lead & Mentor: Develop and inspire your team to succeed in the automotive industry.? Customer Satisfaction & Profitability: Ensure every customer leaves happy while keeping the department financially strong.
? Oversee Repairs & Workflows: Maintain dealership standards and assist with diagnostics when needed.
? Optimize Efficiency: Keep shop tools, equipment, and operations running smoothly.
? Develop Talent: Train, coach, and upskill staff to elevate their performance.
? Drive Productivity: Monitor staff efficiency and keep the momentum going.
? Be the Go-To Expert: Support customers and staff with your knowledge and leadership.? Problem-Solving & Adaptability: Tackle challenges head-on with innovative solutions and a flexible approach.
? Financial & Performance Analytics: Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
? Highly Engaged with Staff: Foster a positive, collaborative work environment by being actively involved with your team.
What You Bring to the Table:
? 3-5 years of automotive experience (preferably in Fixed Operations).
? Strong leadership and team-building skills to inspire and drive success.
? Customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering an exceptional experience.
? Excellent problem-solving abilities to navigate challenges efficiently.
? Adaptability to manage a fast-paced and ever-evolving industry.
? Financial & Analytical Skills to assess performance data and drive improvements.
