Lounsbury Heavy-Duty Truck Centre in Moncton is looking for a Service Advisor.
The Service Advisor is the first point of contact with customers who are in for service. You will be responsible for meeting the customer, discussing the issues with their truck, and assisting the foreman in workflow.
This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday from 8am to 5pm, and a rotational Saturday. Some evenings may be required.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers when they arrive for service and scan the vehicle for diagnostic repairs.
- Answer phone calls and emails from customers to book an appointment for service.
- Write up a repair order and document customers' concerns to ensure accurate information is provided to the mechanic.
- Keep the customer informed while the truck is being repaired.
- Check and advise the customers if repairs are approved under warranty.
- Other duties may be assigned as necessary.
Qualifications
- Completed high school or GED. Post-secondary education is an asset.
- Technical knowledge of trucks or automotive would be an asset.
- Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driver's abstract.
- Must be computer literate - be able to use Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and be able to learn a new computer program.
- Previous experience in customer service or sales is an asset.
- Strong interpersonal skills, customer service skills, and troubleshooting skills
- A good team player has a sense of urgency and has the ability to multitask
- Good work ethic
