What You'll Do
In this role, you'll support the full recruitment process from start to finish. You will talk with candidates, learn about their skills and goals, and connect them with suitable job opportunities. You'll also work closely with clients to understand their staffing needs and help coordinate placements that support their operations.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Source and screen candidates for various roles
• Interview and assess applicants to match them to suitable jobs
• Coordinate start details and onboarding for new hires
• Maintain contact with associates to support engagement and retention
• Build and maintain professional relationships with clients and candidates
• Keep applicant records and internal systems organized and up to date

What We're Looking For

• Experience in staffing, recruitment, HR coordination, or a customer-focused office role
• Clear and friendly communication skills
• Strong organization and follow-through
• Ability to work in a fast-moving environment and manage multiple priorities
• A genuine interest in working with people and helping them succeed

What to Expect
This is a full-time, in-office position, Monday through Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. The role may occasionally require flexible working hours to meet business needs. The salary range for this position is $50,000-$55,000, commensurate with experience.
