JOB SUMMARY:

Reporting to the Director of Digital Transformation and Artificial Intelligence, the incumbent plays a central role in the development, integration and evolution of technical solutions designed to support the Network's digital transformation.They exploit the full potential of modern platforms, combining application development, automation and systems integration, while applying best practices in terms of design, security and performance.

In addition to their technical responsibilities, the incumbent acts as a business partner and consultant to the clinical and administrative sectors. They play an active role in gathering and analyzing needs, prioritizing and managing requests, recommending appropriate solutions, and supporting teams in adopting digital tools and optimizing their processes. They also contribute to the implementation, enhancement and maintenance of the technological infrastructures needed to ensure the performance and sustainability of the solutions deployed.

Finally, the incumbent is involved in all stages of the solution lifecycle, from analysis and design to development, deployment automation, maintenance and continuous improvement, ensuring that the technological and organizational value of projects is maximized.

REQUIREMENTS :

  • University degree in information technology, computer science, software engineering or another relevant discipline;
  • Graduate degree in a relevant discipline (an asset);
  • Five to seven years' experience in developing or integrating IT solutions;
  • Experience in business process automation or optimization;
  • Experience in DevOps, continuous integration (CI) and continuous deployment (CD) (an asset);
  • Experience in functional analysis, managing IT requests and supporting non-technical teams in defining and implementing digital solutions;
  • Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Power platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, Power FX);
  • Good knowledge of Smartsheet and Microsoft 365 collaboration tools;
  • Understanding of the software development lifecycle and agile methodologies;
  • Knowledge of DevOps tools (Azure DevOps, Git, GitHub, pipelines, version management, source code management);
  • Ability to design and maintain automation and deployment workflows;
  • Knowledge of basic concepts in application security, IT governance and cloud management;
  • Knowledge of Python, REST APIs, automation scripts and custom connectors;
  • Knowledge of Power BI, SharePoint Online, Teams and their integration;
  • Good understanding of organizational processes, request management and prioritization of IT needs according to business value;
  • Ability to support management and teams in digital transformation and the development of skills in low-code tools;
  • Heightened awareness about the security and confidentiality of health data;
  • Ability to analyze, design and deploy digital solutions;
  • Ability to translate organizational needs into technical solutions;
  • Ability to seek creative and strategic solutions and solve problems;
  • Excellent ability to work in a multidisciplinary team and to explain technical concepts in plain language;
  • Diligence, autonomy, creativity and initiative;
  • Ability to manage several projects in parallel and meet deadlines;
  • Tolerance of ambiguity and adaptability to change;
  • Ability to advise managers and act as a facilitator between business needs and IT teams;
  • Organizational skills and ability to coordinate the management of several IT requests simultaneously;
  • Strong communication and writing skills in both official languages;
  • Independence, initiative and leadership;
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
  • Physical ability to perform the assigned work;
  • Good work history (performance and attendance);
