Job Title: Driver Helper

Location: Scarborough, Ontario (Sheppard Ave E & Morningside Ave)

Shift: Short-term assignments (1-2 days) - 6:45am start time, 6-8 hours

Pay Rate: $18.00/ hr

Our client in Scarborough is looking for a reliable Driver Helper to support their team. If you're a hands-on team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

• Assist the driver with loading and unloading packages or freight.
• Ride along with the driver to deliver products on a designated route.
• Ensure accurate and timely delivery of items to the correct locations.
• Organize and manage inventory.
• Handle packages with care to prevent damage during loading, transit, and delivery.
• Regularly engage in heavy lifting (up to 50 lbs ).

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a driver helper role a strong asset
• Ability to lift and handle loads up to 50 lbs regularly
• Able to work in follow directions, work with minimal supervision.

Work Conditions

On the road making deliveries; must wear comfortable and presentable clothing as you will be interacting with customers on daily basis. Must keep truck in a clean condition.
