Department: Opportunity New Brunswick (ONB)
Placement Description: The student will support international investment attraction activities, primarily related to the French market. Responsibilities include identifying target companies, preparing prospecting files, conducting economic intelligence, and assisting with event planning. This internship offers immersion in New Brunswick's international economic development efforts and aims to provide hands-on experience in economic development while fostering the student's professional learning in a mentorship setting.
This role offers an opportunity for skills development and hands-on experience.
Need to have:

• Language requirement: Bilingual
• Student in business, international relations, economics, marketing, or communications
• Strong interest in economic development, international relations, and public affairs

Nice to have: The ideal candidate possesses strong analytical and strategic research skills, excellent communication and writing abilities, initiative, curiosity, autonomy, and good organizational skills. They are also comfortable in a bilingual and collaborative environment.
