What is the opportunity?

The Enterprise Chief Controls Office (ECCO) is a centralized first line of defense (1LOD) group with the goal of embedding a culture of risk ownership and operational excellence to elevate the control environment by driving consistency and quality of risk practices to minimize loss and regulatory sanction, drive cost efficiencies, and accelerate project execution to enable growth. The Practice Management team serves to coordinate and drive consistency across 1LOD risk identification, controls, issue management, and non-financial-risk management practices.

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Risk Enablement and Delivery under the newly formed Enterprise Chief Controls Office (ECCO) – the Manager, Content Design Enablement & Delivery is responsible for turning ideas and outlines into high quality Executive-Ready slides, Training Materials & Enablement Artifacts.

The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping how we design and deliver compelling and engaging materials for both senior leadership and enterprise stakeholders to enable consistency across 1LOD risk management practices.

1. Plan, Design, Deliver Executive Presentation, Training Materials & Enablement Artifacts (65%)

2. Creative Collaboration & Continuous Improvement (20%)

3. Curate a Library of Templates (15%)


What will you do?

Plan, Design & Deliver Executive Presentation, Training Materials & Enablement Artifacts

  • Translate raw content, data and direction into clear visually engaging Executive-Ready presentations for VP and Senior audiences (both planned or ad-hoc)
  • Design & develop training resources (including but not limited to workshop, e-learning, self-serve materials) and enablement tools that support the adoption of risk management across the bank

Creative Collaboration & Continuous Improvement

  • Leverage PowerPoint and Think-Cell to create uniform on-brand materials
  • Consistently improve the design process by incorporating iterative feedback and executive input

Curate a Library of Templates

  • Curate and manage a library of templates and design assets to support team efficiency and scalability

What do you need to succeed?

Must-have:

  • 2-5 years of experience in Executive Presentation Design, Strategic Communications, Story Telling in PowerPoint or similar
  • A portfolio of work that shows proven success and demonstrates a strong ability to create visually engaging/effective presentations for senior leader audiences and training/enablement resources
  • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively
  • Strong experience working with stakeholders at various levels of the organization
  • A self-starter, who is comfortable working in a fast-paced, feedback heavy environments
  • Comfortable working with ambiguity to create meaningful decks, training materials and enablement artifacts with a strong sense of aesthetics, good eye for visually appealing design and attention to detail
  • Strong verbal & written communication skills

Nice-to-have:

  • University or College degree in Design or related field
  • Basic understanding of controls environment/risk management, with the desire to learn more.
