Job Title: Assembler (Packaging)

Shift: Monday - Friday, 7:00am - 3:00pm

Location: Burlington, ON. Burloak Dr. and Harvester Rd.

Rate of Pay: $17.60/hour

Job Type: Temporary ongoing, potential for permanent hire

We are hiring an Assembler for our client's facility in Burlington that specializes in printing and promotional materials. This is a fast-paced facility that produces brochures, advertisement banners and booklets. We are looking for candidates to interview and begin working as soon as possible.

Job Duties:

• Attaching coupons to banners in accordance with work instructions and production standards.
• Examining completed banners to ensure correct placement, alignment, and overall quality.
• Keeping the workspace clean, orderly, and free of hazards.
• Adhering to all safety protocols and promptly reporting equipment malfunctions or safety concerns.
• Working collaboratively with team members to achieve daily production goals.
• Helping in other departments as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.

Candidate Qualifications:

• Previous experience working in a similar production environment.
• Must be available for overtime as needed
• CSA approved safety shoes required
• Comfortable leading in a fast-paced, high-volume facility.
• Ability to lift up to 10-30lbs as needed throughout a shift.
• Candidates must be willing to provide a criminal record search
