We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts, and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of social media marketing solutions, proven sales experience, exceptional interpersonal and coaching skills.
Reporting to the Senior Director of Sales, as a Sales Manager, you will oversee a team of Account Executives. In accordance with the Senior Director, you will set team goals, train, and develop team members. You'll be responsible for motivating, mentoring, and guiding the team to achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly pipeline and revenue goals. The manager will also help to improve process efficiencies and deliver on other well-defined objectives.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company revenue targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within target markets.
- Lead negotiations and close deals with potential clients.
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to align sales strategies.
- Maintain a deep understanding of Dash Social services and stay informed about industry trends.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
- Track and report on sales performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.
Desired Skills and Experience
- 2-3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Deep understanding of the sales process, sales cycle management, and sales methodology.
- Must be sales-minded and sales target-driven.
- Super organized.
- Attention to detail.
- A love for data, testing, and learning.
- A uniquely creative mind.
- Post-secondary education in business management or management training is a plus.
