Job Title: Forklift Operator
Location: Bedford, Nova Scotia
Shift: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Pay Rate: $18.00/hr

Job Overview:

Advantage Personnel is seeking a reliable and experienced Forklift Operator for our client in Bedford, NS. This position involves both forklift operation and general warehouse duties, offering a fast-paced and hands-on work environment. The ideal candidate is safety-focused, detail-oriented, and enjoys working as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate a forklift safely to load, unload, and move materials.
• Perform pre-shift inspections and maintain forklift safety standards.
• Receive, organize, and store incoming materials and supplies.
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment.
• Maintain an organized and clean warehouse environment.
• Follow all safety procedures and workplace protocols.

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Valid Forklift Operator Certification.
• Previous warehouse or production experience operating a forklift.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and safety awareness.
• Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
