Responsibilities:

As a member of the Field Operations Support Department, the Field Operations Support Task Coordinator will work as part of an Eastlink team that is responsible to support both the field and Tier 1 (Advantage) though task support as well as maintenance of various offline tasks. In this role you can expect to work with stakeholders such as field operations, technical support, external as well as internal customers.

A problem solver, quick learner, effective communicator, the successful candidate will have demonstrated strong attention to detail and has the capability to multi-task and prioritize various job functions.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • 1 year of experience working within Eastlink (Customer Care, Quota or Workforce)
  • Customer Service Focus
  • Time Management Skills
  • Communications (both written and oral)
  • Flexible / Adaptable
  • High sense of Accountability
  • Technically inclined; Excel, word, and outlook usage is high and will need to be comfortable learning and working with our internal software programs
  • Ability to work in a 7 day/week, multi-shift environment
