Job Title : Lumper

Pay Rate : $18.00/ hr

Advantage Personnel is seeking l umpers to play a vital role in unloading containers, organizing products, and ensuring the smooth flow of goods within the facility. This position requires strong attention to detail, physical stamina, and the ability to work efficiently as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Safely unload containers by hand or using pallet jacks.
• Palletize, wrap, and organize items for storage or shipment.
• Perform light clean-up of the warehouse to maintain a safe, organized work environment.
• Assist with general warehouse duties as assigned by the supervisor.
• Follow all safety procedures and warehouse protocols.

Qualifications

• S teel-toe safety boots required .
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and work on your feet for extended periods.
• Physically fit and comfortable with repetitive, manual labour tasks.
• Strong work ethic and reliability-punctuality is essential.
• Able to follow instructions and work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
