Customer Service Representative

Pay Rate: $ 21-$22 per hour
Shift: 8:00am-4:30pm
Shifts available: Monday to Friday
Our client, a fast-growing, high-quality specialty coatings manufacturer located in North Brampton, is looking to add a Customer Service Representative who embodies the spirit of growth, adaptability, and innovation to their team.
Responsibilities of Position
- Receive and process customer orders
- Manage a large number of phone calls
- Help build sustainable relationships with each client through trust and a thorough understanding of their needs
- Resolve customer complaints proactively
- Assist in production scheduling
- Provide assistance to our sales team as required
- Proactive contact with customers
- Other administrative duties as assigned
Qualification
- 3 - 5 years in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Understanding of the manufacturing industry - Coatings experience is a plus
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Proven customer support experience
- Prioritizes and multi-tasks with ease
- Excellent communication skills
- The ability to meet deadlines
- The ability to deal will different personalities with ease
- Works well under pressure
- Detail oriented
- Proficiency in Microsoft office suite - able to learn new software with ease
- The ability to read, write and speak English
Desired Education
- High school or higher
