Job Title: Warehouse Associate (Wireroom)

Location: Burlington, Fraser Dr. and Harvester Rd.

Shifts: Days (7:00am - 3:30pm) OR Afternoons (2:30pm - 11:00pm)

Rate of Pay: $21.30/hour (days) OR $21.80/hour (afternoons)

Job Type: Temporary to Permanent hire

We are hiring general labourers for a wholesale electrical distribution warehouse facility in Burlington! Candidates must be able to lift and move 50lbs regularly, work at a fast pace, and stand or walk for long periods of time. Previous warehouse experience is required. Must be available to interview in Burlington and start working ASAP.

Responsibilities include:

• Accurately pick, cut, receive, and store wire products while maintaining organization in the wire room.
• Communicate effectively with team leaders and managers regarding order progress and any discrepancies.
• Safely prioritize and fulfill daily, urgent, and special branch orders in a timely manner.
• Perform general labor tasks, including routine lifting, pushing, and pulling of items up to 50 lbs.
• Conduct quality inspections to verify product accuracy and ensure integrity.
• Carry out other general warehouse responsibilities as assigned.

Candidate Requirements:

• Experience in similar fast-paced warehouse/general labour role required.
• Must be comfortable repetitively lifting 50lbs and with general labour tasks.
• Cable cutting and material handling experience an asset.
• Strong communication, numeracy, and computer skills.
• Valid Driver's License and own vehicle preferred.
• Forklift experience and/or valid licenses are a bonus (Note: No forklift operation required in this role).
• CSA approved safety shoes required.
• Candidates must be willing to provide a criminal record check.
