Job Title: Local DZ Delivery Driver

Location: Milton , Ontario

Shifts: Days , 7 :00am start time, Monday - Friday

Rate of Pay: $ 2 4 .00/h our to start

Job Type: Temporary to Permanent Hire

We are hiring DZ Drivers for a large distribution center in Milton that ships packaging and warehouse materials . Qualified candidates will have a valid DZ Class Driver's License with a clean driver's abstract, 3 years of verifiable commercial driving experience, and be available to begin working immediately. This position is a long-term to permanent hire position with a reputable company.

Responsibilities I nclude:

• Safely operate a Straight Truck or Sprinter Van
• Complete pre-trip vehicle inspections and safety logs
• Complete and provide all required paperwork and driver logs throughout deliveries
• Report any issues or customer concerns with management
• Provide exceptional customer service to customers when delivering products
• Lifting up to 50lbs safely
• Loading and offloading deliveries by hand, with a pump truck, or other equipment
• Other general duties as assigned

Candidate Qualifications:

• 3+ years of commercial driving experience in a DZ role required
• Willing to provide driver's abstract dated within 30 days
• Willing to provide driver's CVOR dated within 30 days
• Willing to provide a C riminal Record Search
• Candidates must be 25+ years of age
• Comfortable lifting up to 50lbs as needed
• Strong attention to detail; punctual and reliable
