We are currently seeking a licensed Maintenance Millwright to join a reputable food production facility. This is a direct hire opportunity offering long-term stability, great pay, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Requirements:

• Valid Millwright license
• Minimum 2 years of mechanical experience, ideally in the food industry
• Knowledge of Health & Safety (H&S) practices
• Basic welding skills
• Willingness to learn the HVAC (reefer) side of operations

Responsibilities:

• Install, repair, and perform preventive maintenance on all production equipment - supporting downtimes
• Conduct preventive maintenance and complete all documentation
• Use welding skills (TIG and ARC)
• Follow SOPs and regulatory compliance guidelines
• Ensure tasks are completed within budget and timelines
• Perform other related duties as assigned
• Adhere to HCAPP protocols
