Eastlink is currently seeking a Customer Care Trainer to join our team.

The Customer Care Trainer is a full-time onsite position and will be responsible for leading and evaluating training programs for the various lines of business, including sales, service and technical support.

As the ideal candidate, you are a multi-tasking, prioritizing, roll-up-your-sleeves Trainer who is both enthusiastic and calm. You are motivated to help others and do whatever it takes to ensure a seamless experience for participants. You are comfortable working with technology, thrive in an independent, fast-paced environment and a resourceful problem solver with fantastic organizational and time management skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze training needs to plan, develop and implement new training curriculum and programs, modify and improve existing programs
  • Cultivate training and engagement programs that increase employees’ satisfaction, knowledge growth, and best practice compliance
  • Participate in pilot training sessions (facilitator and/or observer for changes in content)
  • Work with our LMS program to develop and maintain reinforcement training content
  • Ensure the training created and delivered directly supports the productivity and performance of the business
  • Incorporate the principals of adult learning in all training materials
  • Provide feedback to new and existing employees
  • Working with other groups to identify trends to be incorporated into the training environment
  • Staying current on modern training methods, materials, software, and systems
  • Develop monitoring/tracking systems to ensure that all employees are performing job responsibilities and Key KPI’s according to training for each new hire class

Requirements:

  • Experience in facilitation
  • Excellent knowledge of different learning models and styles
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Intermediate Excel, PowerPoint and Word
  • Ability to learn new technologies quickly
