If you are passionate about cars, enjoy a physical job, would like to work 12 hour shifts 4 days on 4 days off that end at 7pm, then you would love working for us as one of our Mobile Automotive Detailer/Tire Techs.
What you'll be doing on the job:
As a Mobile Automotive Detailer (primary job) you'll be providing a fully mobile service-taking the detailing van to the customer's preferred location. This hands-on approach allows you to deliver exceptional automotive care right where it's most convenient for our members, ensuring a personal and high-quality experience every time.
This opportunity also includes comprehensive training to become a tire technician during the off-season.
Automotive Detailer:
- Full cabin vacuuming, including the trunk
- Interior steam cleaning
- Door jambs degreased and cleaned
- Heated upholstery shampoo
- Leather seat cleaning and conditioning
- Interior glass and mirrors cleaned
- Rubber mats cleaned
- Foam pre-wash (exterior service)
- Rim and wheel well cleaning
- Contact wash (safe for ceramic coatings)
- Tires cleaned and dressed
- Exterior spray wax applied
Mobile Tire Tech:
- Selling and installing tires
- Testing, replacing, and boosting batteries as needed
- Fuel delivery responsibilities, depending on workload
- Inspecting and maintaining vehicle supplies and equipment
- Reporting any mechanical issues with equipment, tools, or vehicles
- Operating computer-related equipment safely and professionally, adhering to all safety protocols
- Performs other duties as assigned
The following skills and qualifications will be required to carry out this role:
- Previous automotive detailing experience
- Class 5 license
- Automotive related experience
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- Exceptional commitment to customer service
- Clear criminal background check
- Clean drivers abstract
- Ability to work unsupervised and in all weather conditions
- Computer literacy Microsoft office, email
- Knowledge of Smart phone and tablet use
