Job Title: Warehouse Custodian

Shift: Monday to Friday, 7:00am - 3:30pm or 10:30am -7:00pm

Rate of Pay: $23.00/hour

Location: Milton, Ontario - James Snow Parkway North & Regional Road 25

Job Type: Ongoing Temporary

We are hiring Warehouse Custodians for our client's distribution center in Milton! Candidates must have a vehicle and valid license to commute to work. Successful candidates will have 1-2 years of experience in a previous commercial or industrial janitorial role and be comfortable lifting up to 50lbs.

Responsibilities:

• Dusting and sanitizing racking equipment and warehouse infrastructure
• Cleaning, sanitizing, and dusting in break rooms, restrooms, visitor areas, meeting rooms, and offices
• Use cleaning equipment and chemicals in the warehouse facilities
• Removal and sorting of garbage and recycling
• Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, etc.
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of experience in a custodian or janitorial role
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50lbs regularly
• Reliable vehicle and own license required (the facility is not transit accessible)
• Available for overtime as necessary
• CSA Safety Shoes
• Willing to provide a criminal record search
