Our team is growing, and we're looking for Halifax-based professionals with experience in process improvement and change management to support our client projects.
What we're looking for:
• Proven experience leading cross-functional business improvement initiatives
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills
• Backgrounds like MBA, Industrial Engineering, or Lean Six Sigma Black Belt
What we're not looking for (this time):
• IT project managers
• Software developers or coders
• Applicants outside of HRM
Responsibilities
Project Leadership: Oversee and coordinate the end-to-end execution of client projects
Communications: Manage project updates, stakeholder engagement, and escalations
Workshop Facilitation: Plan, facilitate, and support cross-functional meetings and workshops
Analysis: Use prescribed tools to conduct effective organizational, process, and data analyses
Document Preparation: Prepare clear and concise project documentation and deliverables
Administrative Support: Perform other tasks as needed to support the team and project goals
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
Substantial recent experience in leading business improvement projects, or similar.
Certifications in continuous improvement methodologies is preferred (e.g. Lean, Six Sigma).
Strong understanding of the key processes and objectives across standard business functions.
In-depth knowledge of the technologies and data that support modern organizations.
