Title: G-Class Delivery Driver - 22' Flat Deck (Hino Tarp Sided)

Pay: $22-$25/hr (based on experience)

Schedule: Monday to Friday: 6:00 AM - 4:00 PM

Duration: Immediate start - approx. until September

Location: Mitch Owens Road, servicing Ottawa & surrounding areas

We are currently seeking a reliable and experienced G-Class licensed delivery driver for a temporary full-time role, starting immediately and expected to continue through to September. This position involves operating a Hino Tarp Sided truck with a 22' flat deck, completing deliveries throughout Ottawa and nearby regions.

Responsibilities:

• Operate a 22' flat deck Hino Tarp Sided truck safely and efficiently.
• Complete deliveries across Ottawa and surrounding areas.
• Load and unload materials using manual methods and/or pallet jacks.
• Ensure accurate and timely delivery documentation.
• Perform daily vehicle inspections and report any maintenance needs.
• Maintain clear communication with dispatch and customers.
• Follow all safety and road regulations.

Requirements:

• Valid Ontario G-Class driver's license with a clean abstract.
• 2+ years of delivery driving experience in similar sized vehicles (5-ton, flat deck, or cube truck).
• Physically capable of loading/unloading materials (hand bombing).
• Comfortable with early start times and working independently.
• Strong reliability, communication, and time management skills.
• A criminal background check may be required.
