REGIONAL USER SUPPORT ANALYST

The Department of Social Development is looking for motivated individuals to join the Business System Support unit as Regional User Support Analysts, based out of Central Office and supporting multiple offices throughout the province.
In this key role, you will serve as the primary support contact for users of mission-critical business systems. You will provide guidance and support to users as they learn and develop their skills, by leading engaging, interactive training sessions both in-person and online. Your focus will be on teaching users how to use the systems effectively and leverage essential features that support their daily tasks and responsibilities. You'll apply analytical thinking, troubleshooting skills, and acquired system knowledge to support users in resolving issues, delivering solutions that are both timely and effective.
The ideal candidate brings a customer-first mindset, strong communication skills, and a drive to mentor others. In this role, you'll work closely with other teams to find ways to increase user awareness and engagement. You'll thrive in a fast-paced, tech-focused environment where continuous improvement and professional development are part of the culture. A high degree of confidentiality, working within privacy and security standards, is required.
Bachelor's degree and a minimum of two (2) years related work experience OR a postsecondary diploma and a minimum three (3) years related work experience.
An equivalent combination of education, training and experience may be considered.
Written and spoken competence in English and French is required. Please state your language capability.

Salary: $52,442 - $73,268 per annum
