JOB TYPE: Permanent part-time

SCHEDULE: Day, Evening, Night, Weekend, Rotation, 8 and 12-hour shifts. Work schedule may be changed to meet operational needs.

LANGUAGE REQUIREMENTS: Bilingual essential

JOB SUMMARY:Operate the switchboard; provide general directions and information to the public.

REQUIREMENTS:

• High school graduation or General Education Diploma (GED);
• Know of other software programs currently used within the Network;

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
• Physical ability to perform the assigned work;
• Good work history (performance and attendance);
• Adherence to professional ethical principles, the Network's management philosophy, and organizational values;
• Compliance with the rules of confidentiality set by Vitalité Health Network.
