The successful candidate will provide our customers with a single point of contact to support the implementation of their newly acquired products and services. The incumbent will proactively manage the customer's Mobility business requirements and order management through the lifecycle of delivery as well as perform project management support for project managers on complex projects.
Key Responsibilities- Lead customer mobility facing projects such as Handset Onboarding, IoT (Internet of Things) and Smart City projects.
- The Project Coordinator is expected to deliver projects on-time and manage any risks and communications with the customer.
- Creation of project documentation and responsible to support and maintain it. Complete project plans, project status reports, project dashboards, change request, project schedule, and others as required.
- Coordinate and prioritize project deliverables and partner with various departments, suppliers and stakeholders.
- Will be prime on small to medium sized projects and potentially support aspects of larger projects using their project.
- Proactively identify and resolve project related issues and escalate where required.
- Participate in project meetings internal and external to Bell.
- Organize logistics, take meeting minutes and update action item register and follow up as required.
- Assist, create and maintain project documentation in databases.
- Ensures integrity of the information within the database and other sources of information.
- Closely monitor timelines and project budget to ensure adherence with approved project plans.
- Variance to plan will be documented, reported and escalated to project manager.
- Create, maintain and update project repository.
- Degree or Diploma in related discipline or 1+ years related experience.
- Having completed Certified Associate in Project Coordinator (CPAM) or in the process of obtaining it, or equivalent work experience.
- Basic knowledge of in Microsoft Office.
- Highly developed organizational & interpersonal skills including the ability to solicit cooperation and resolve conflict.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Team oriented; action oriented; self motivated and delivery focused.
- Requires a high level of customer interface, collaboration, prioritization, and negotiation and follow up with many internal teams and external vendors and suppliers.

- Consulting & Financial Acumen.
- Knowledge of English and French required: In the course of their duties, this person will be required to interact with French & English speaking stakeholders across Canada.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Project.
- Telecommunications knowledge or experience with customer facing sales organizations.
- Knowledge of PMO standardized tools such as such as Gantt, WBS, Schedule, Risk and Issue Management.
