Title: Program/Administrative Clerk

In this role you will:
- Respond to inquiries regarding the program assessing client eligibility, creating files in database and updating files as required.
- Provide administrative support to the transportation program.
- Answer telephone calls and redirect, and attend to service participant inquires.
- Take requests from service participants and volunteers.
- Provide reports as required.
- Perform other duties as needed.
What we are looking for:
- Customer service experience in person and on the telephones is an asset
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft programs
- Self-starter with strong organization skills
- Proven ability to be a supportive team member
- A full valid G license is an asset
Working conditions:
- The majority of work is performed in a friendly office environment that is clean and comfortable located in the Ancaster Branch of the Canadian Red Cross.
- Hours of service are based on a 35-hour week Monday to Friday
