JOB TYPE: Permanent full-time
SCHEDULE: Day, 8 and 12-hour shifts. Work schedule may be changed to meet operational needs.
LANGUAGE REQUIREMENTS: Spoken French and English essential and written French or English

JOB SUMMARY:
The successful applicant will assist the Facilities Operations Manager with the planning and coordination of all corrective and preventive maintenance work in the following areas in Zone 6: electrical, electronics/instrumentation, refrigeration and industrial mechanics.
REQUIREMENTS:
- College or University training in Engineering;
- New Brunswick licence in the electrical or electronic field;
- Minimum of three years' experience in a hospital setting;
- Minimum of three years' experience in supervision;
- Experience in planning and project coordination/management;
- Leadership;
- Initiative and sound judgment;
- Conflict-resolution skills;
- Organizational skills;
- Interpersonal and communication skills;
- Proficiency in the use of software programs, such as Excel, Word, Megamation, AutoCAD, SmartUse, Procore, Monday, CINT, Cinet, ConstructConnect and other programs if required;
- Ability to write reports in French;
- Thorough knowledge of the Occupational Health and Safety Act;
- Ability to work independently and as a team member;
- Physical ability to perform assigned duties;
- Good previous work history (performance and attendance);
- Adherence to professional ethics principles, to the Network management philosophy and organizational values;
- Compliance with the rules of confidentiality established by the Vitalité Health Network.
