SummaryA Senior Identity and Access Management (IAM) Architect?that will design, support implementing and maintaining a robust and scalable Hybrid IAM solutions that ensure the security and proper functioning of Bell's on-premise and cloud infrastructure and assets.?This role involves defining IAM strategy, leading the development of IAM policies and procedures, and collaborating with various teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.
Key Responsibilities- IAM Strategy and Roadmap: Own the IAM strategy and Roadmap by developing and maintaining a comprehensive hybrid IAM strategy and roadmap (working with the Identity product teams) that aligns with business goals and industry best practices, including identifying emerging IAM technologies and trends.
- Solution Design and Implementation: Design IAM solutions, including identity provisioning, governance, privileged access management, multi-factor authentication, and single sign-on for on-premise and cloud.
- Collaboration and Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, business stakeholders, and engineering teams to understand requirements, translate them into technical solutions, to then communicate to identity teams for successful implementation.
- Leads across the multiple Identity work streams
- Technical Guidance: Provide technical guidance, mentoring, and support to IAM team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Tackles complex scope with a team by providing analysis of situations that requires a review of multiple factors
- Policy and Procedure Development: Develop, maintain, and enforce IAM policies, procedures, and standards, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
- Risk Assessment and Security: Conduct regular assessments of the IAM infrastructure, identify vulnerabilities, and recommend remediation measures to strengthen security posture.
- Documentation and Training: Document IAM solutions and processes, and provide training to operational teams.
- Staying Current: Stay current about emerging IAM technologies and trends, and leverage this knowledge to enhance the organization's security posture.?
Expert knowledge of Hybrid IAM solutions and Identity technologies:
- A minimum of 8 years relevant experience in Identity and Identity Security
- Advanced Knowledge of identity provisioning, governance, access management, privileged access management, multi-factor authentication, single sign-on for on-premise and cloud.
- Strong understanding of security principles and practices:?Including risk assessment, threat modeling, and security protocols.
- Experience with various identity management technologies:?Such as directories, provisioning, governance and cloud IAM.
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions:?Including the ability to design and develop complex IAM components.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills:?Including the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.?Strong communication skills to communicate identity strategies and roadmaps, and explain issues and root cause analysis. The ability to tailor the message for various audiences
- Problem-solving and analytical skills:?Including the ability to identify and resolve technical issues.
- Experience with automation and scripting:?Including the ability to automate IAM workflows and improve efficiency.
- Experience with Agile and DevOps teams: Prioritize Features. Ability to work cross-functionally and takes ownership of assigned accountabilities.
