The Identity Access Management (IAM) Architect will work with business channels to understand the challenges facing them, provide solutions to these challenges and recommend and develop business cases to onboard to our various IAM platforms or research and implement innovative new tools and products.
Is this role right for you? In this role you will:
Collaborate with stakeholders across the bank - technology, security architecture, security advisory, fraud, compliance and business channel teams - to drive the design and architecture of new platform, including creating standard design patterns to be used across the bank.
Work closely with multiple business channels to build business cases to be onboarded onto new platforms.
Channel architecture governance based on the defined enterprise standard solution architecture and design patterns.
You will co-ordinate efforts from business, security and technology teams.
Communicate regularly with various business channels on the progress made for various projects in the pipeline.
Do you have the skills that will enable you to succeed in this role? We'd love to work with you if you have:
10+ years in Software Development with 5+ years in an architect role.
2+ years of previous experience working within IAM space (Sailpoint, Auth0, Ping Identity etc.)
Experience building business cases for multimillion dollar projects.
Experience developing and documenting IAM directives, standards and policies.
Experience with designing and implementing authentication and credential management flows based on channel requirements.
Experience in scoping, sizing and prioritizing solutions for a project.
Nice to Haves:
Knowledge of project finance or previous experience working within banking Sector.
Experience in preparing decks and presenting to senior leadership.
