WorkSafeNB is seeking to fill a Bilingual Support Clerk II position in our Health Services department.
Reporting to the Manager of Business Operations, you will be supporting the effective management of client claims through a range of administrative, financial, and client service tasks. Other tasks may include updating claim information in electronic systems, processing and authorizing payments within delegated authority, and preparing documentation for higher-level approval. The position involves coordinating services such as scheduling and travel, responding to client and stakeholder inquiries, and ensuring the accurate and timely routing of mail and files. The incumbent will provide client-centered service in alignment with the department's strategic goals.

If you possess the following qualifications, we encourage you to apply:
- One-year post-secondary diploma/certificate, as a minimal educational requirement.
- One year of relevant work experience.
- Strong ability to function within MS Office software, particularly MS Word and Excel.
An equivalent combination of greater education, combined with less work experience may be considered (e.g., a completed university degree with no work experience).
Written and spoken competence in English and French is required.
The pay scale ranges from $44,715.51 to $52,868.16. The successful candidate will begin at the first step within the pay band for the position.
Your primary workspace will be from your in-home office, with the occasional expectation of in person meetings, for that reason, working from outside the province of New Brunswick, or country, is not permissible.
