Definition of Work:
Reporting to the Provincial Manager of Recruitment, the Recruitment Coordinator will provide recruitment support to the organization. Duties may include corresponding with applicants and working with managers and the Manager of Strategic Recruitment to develop and implement creative recruitment strategies, particularly for vacancies that are deemed hard to recruit. The Recruitment Coordinators will engage with candidates by conducting job interviews, meeting with students, conducting presentations on career opportunities with Central Health, participating in networking activities, and other related duties as required. The Recruitment Coordinator with support managers during all stages of the recruitment process and will consult with and engage the Manager of Strategic Recruitment as required.
Work will be undertaken in a fast-paced environment and attention to detail is an integral part of the workflow. The successful applicant will work as a member of a team that is focused on providing a positive employee experience for employees of Central Health.

Required Qualifications:
? Bachelor of Business Administration or Commerce degree with a concentration in human resources management or marketing. A related degree/diploma in the area of human resources management coupled with human resources experience may be considered.
? Three years? experience in the field of human resources, preferable in a healthcare setting.

? Excellent interpersonal skills and a demonstrated ability to work independently and complete tasks in an accurate and efficient manner.
? A satisfactory record of performance and attendance is required for this position.
? A satisfactory certificate of conduct from the RCMP or local police authority.
