Internship Placement for Fall 2025 Term

Salary: $17.50/hour

Hours per week: Full-Time Co-op (Engineering or Engineering Technology)

Placement Duration: September – December 2025

Department: Housing New Brunswick (HNB)

Placement Description: The project engineering support role will involve working within and supporting our project management teams. Responsibilities will include interfacing with engineering consultants, contractors, and other project stakeholders. The student will assist in developing project management processes, schedules, budget tracking, change order reviews, and other project coordination tasks as needed.
The role will also support the development and implementation of new software tools to assist with project management within the department (e.g., software integration, Excel sheets, etc.). This position will include a mix of office and field work. Travel throughout the province will be necessary.

This role offers an opportunity for skills development and hands-on experience.

Need to have:

• Language requirement: English or Bilingual
• Enrolled in an Engineering or Engineering Technologist undergraduate program
• Valid Class 5 Drivers License
