At Medavie, we're not just filling roles-we're shaping the future of healthcare, insurance, and community impact. As a Bilingual Recruitment Consultant, you'll play a pivotal role in finding and engaging exceptional professionals across healthcare, insurance, sales, finance, and more.

What You'll Do:

  • Own the full recruitment lifecycle-from sourcing to offer acceptance-with a focus on delivering an unforgettable candidate experience.
  • Partner with hiring leaders to develop smart, strategic hiring plans tailored to their needs.
  • Lead exciting Talent Acquisition initiatives like DEI programs, recruitment training, immigration strategy, student hiring, and community partnerships.
  • Be a brand ambassador for Medavie-building strong networks and promoting our values in every interaction.
  • Drive innovation in sourcing strategies and market research to stay ahead of recruitment trends.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with HR teams to lead impactful projects and create resources that support our evolving talent strategy.

What You Bring:

  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience, with a strong background in healthcare and/or insurance.
  • Proven success recruiting in-house (not agency)-you'll be a trusted partner to our internal leaders.
  • Bilingual in French and English-a must for this role.
  • A consultative, relationship-first approach with candidates, hiring managers, and community partners.
  • Experience with Workday ATS and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • A self-starter mindset with the ability to lead projects independently in a virtual work environment.
  • Willing to travel to Moncton and/or Dartmouth offices for meetings/collaborating with recruitment partners and province-wide for Career Fairs
